INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULT

Our Consultation service is a paid, working meeting. You’ll get up to 2 hours in your space (in-person or virtually) to discuss the spaces you will be working on with Molly Lauer and her team.

Preparing for your Interior Design Consult will consist a 20 minute discovery call prior to booking an interior design consult. Prior to the consultation, we will ask that you send pictures of the space and provide a few inspiration photos (think pinterest account, screenshots, etc.) in order to maximize our time together.

The Design Consultation is a service offered  a la carte or as a precursor to Full Service Design.

This Design Consultation is a vital step in our design process as Molly will be able to meet you, visualize your home and hear more about your needs.  It will help us hone in on your vision, as we discuss aesthetics and ideas openly and freely. After our consultation, Molly will review and discuss our time with you and create a customized Consult Report and Proposal specifically tailored to your project and scope of work. This will outline our design fee based on services, project timeline and payment schedule.

*The fee for Interior Design Consult can be applied toward full service design.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN

Full service design is a true “HGTV experience.” Our design process will allow you to relax and enjoy the experience of transforming your home based on your unique taste and needs.  We plan and manage all aspects of your project from start to finish.

We will start with the Discovery Call. The Discovery Call is a 20 minute complimentary phone call to get to know each other and determine your needs.  Upon booking a consultation, we will ask that you send pictures of the space and provide a few inspiration photos (think pinterest account, screenshots, etc.) prior to the consult in order to maximize our time together.

Full Service Design then moves into the design consult. The Design Consult will allow us to openly discuss ideas and align on an aesthetic for the space.  Following the Design Consult, you will be provided with a customized Consult Report and Proposal specifically tailored to your project and scope of work. This will outline our design fee based on services, project timeline and payment schedule. Pricing is flat fee and based on scope. You will receive this proposal within 2 business days following our consultation.
